-Glass is available in ordinary material,high white material,and crystal white material. All these materials are food grade and lead free. They have passed food grade testing and are safe.
2. How can I get samples to check your quality?Do you provide free samples?
-Yes,we offer free samples and allow direct trade assurance orders. You only pay for shipping and it's refundable after you place your order. Or if you have an express account, we can arrange samples by collection.
3. How about safe packaging and defective and damaged issues?
-For small orders or samples, we pack them one by one with bubble bags or foam. Customers who placed small orders so far have not reported any damage issues.
-For large quantity container orders, we support standard export pallet packaging or cartons with safe egg packaging. We also accept customized gift boxes.
-Other accessories such as lids will be put into another carton to avoid collision. We will ensure that the breakage rate is less than 0.2%.
-We will compensate defective and broken bottles for free on your next order.
4. What surface treatments can you support? Can we make our logo on it?

5. How about the sealing?
-For glass jars, we have glass lids, plastic lids, metal lids, etc. All of these types of lids will match the jars perfectly. The seal is very good. There is a small rubber strip under the lid where the glass hits the lid. They are all food-grade rubber that meets EU export standards. The lid is easy to screw on and off.
6. How about the delivery time?
-Samples will be sent within 12-24 hours after we receive your payment;
-Small orders will be shipped within 7-10 days after we receive your payment;
-Large quantity orders will be delivered in 20-25 days.
7. What is your payment method?
